Intellectual property

Any product you buy on www.rosemarine-creation.com is for personal use only. You are not allowed to reproduce, copy or modify any illustrations or designs without my express written permission. If you want to make a commercial use of my products, please contact me before purchasing here: hello{at}rosemarine-creation.com.
You can share photos of my products published on this website without my permission under two conditions:
  • Always mention the address of the website www.rosemarine-creation.com clearly under or near the photo.
  • Don’t edit the photos without my personal consent.
You can ask for more photos of my work, drop me an email!

Prices, taxes and VAT

I accept all the major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Stripe and Paypal, as well as direct PayPal account payments.
All my prices are in euro excluding VAT.
As my business is VAT exempted you won’t be charged any VAT if you live in the European Union. It will be specified on your invoice.

If you are outside of the EU, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If you need more information on customs or import taxes, please contact me by email order{at}rosemarine-creation.com and tell me what you wish to buy, I’ll do my best to give you an estimate.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, let me know. I’ll fix the problem or refund you the full amount once I receive your order back. Shipping cost for the return are at your charge. You can choose to return parts of your order, and you'll be refunded the price of the items returned. To do so, please follow those guidelines:

  • Just contact me within 14 days of delivery: order{at}rosemarine-creation.com
  • Ship the items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
  • Any item you send back must be in his original condition, with the original box, packing and accessories.
If your order is damaged or lost during transit: Please send me a photo of the damaged package and your damaged item(s) so I can claim a refund to the post office. Damaged or lost, I will replace your order, or, if I can’t, I’ll refund you the full amount.
An order is considered lost if you still didn't receive it 40 days after shipping.

Customs items are not eligible for a refund unless the package has been damaged or lost during transit.

If you wish to cancel you order for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.
If your order has not been shipped I will cancel your order and send you a full refund. If the shipping label has already been purchased, but the order has not been shipped already, I'll be able to cancel your order but will refund you your order minus the shipping cost.

If you realize the address you provided is wrong, contact me asap! If it's not shipped, I'll be able to refund and cancel your order (I can't change a shipping address), then you'll have to make a new order with the right delivery address.
If you provide a wrong delivery address, your order cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart. I offer free shipping for any order above 30€, you can select this option in your shopping cart once it reached 30€. This will be a tracked shipping, and it's available for domestic and international orders, no restrictions !

Every order are processed in 1 to 5 business days.

I design myself every item you can find on www.rosemarine-creation.com
However, I don’t print, package and ship them all by myself. Here is an exhaustive list of what, who and where:
  • Charms, Pins and Necklaces are handmade, packaged and shipped by myself, in France.
  • Art Prints are printed, cut, packaged and shipped by myself, in France.
  • Greeting cards and Posters are printed by my local printer (5 minutes on foot from my home!) and are packaged and shipped by myself, in France.

All orders are shipped via La Poste (french post office). You'll receive a tracking number if you select the "Tracked Shipping" option in your shopping cart.
  • If you are in France it will usually take 2 to 3 days to arrive to your mailbox.
  • If you are in the EU it will usually take 4 to 7 days to arrive to your mailbox.
  • If you are an International buyer, it can take up to 1 to 3 weeks. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

You’ll be able to follow your package on the website of La Poste until it leaves France here: http://www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr/suivi

If your country is eligible for tracking to your mailbox, you can follow your package on the website of you post office (USPS for example). Here are the 20 countries eligible for tracking to the mailbox: Germany, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland.
For other countries, the tracking service will stop at the french borders.

Governing law

These terms of service and any separate agreements (Privacy Policy) are subject to French law, regardless the place of use.
