Do you ship internationally?

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payments with any major credit card using Stripe as a payment processor. You also can use Paypal with or without an account (just select the option at the bottom of the login form to pay with your credit card without an account). Can I get a discount?

I work hard to give you my best prices all year long, and so you won’t see a lot of discount or big sale. That being said, your best bet to get a discount is to join my newsletter. I’ll send exclusive coupon codes for you to use on your next order. You can subscribe by clicking the newsletter button on the footer of the website.

I placed an order! When will I receive it?

Once your payment is received I usually ship from France in 1 to 5 business days. If I can't process your order within this time, I'll notify you as soon as possible by e-mail. I need to receive my order very quickly. Is it possible?

Sure, but contact me before placing your order. So I can tell you if I can fulfill your order in time or not. If you need your items very urgently I can send your order in express shipping for an extra fee (I’ll have to calculate the price depending on your order). Please, understand that nothing will be send until your payment is received.

What is your return policy?

I do accept return and will refund you full amount once I receive your order back. If you want a refund, please read more about the process here: Terms & Conditions - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

I made an error! Can I cancel or edit my order?

Contact me as soon as you realise you made an error at order{at}rosemarine-creation.com.
As I can’t edit an order, I will cancel your order if it’s not already shipped. You’ll be able to make a new order without error this time. If your order was already shipped when you contacted me, you’ll be able to refuse the package or return it to me (with return shipping cost at your charge) to get a full refund. Please read more about my refunds and cancellations policies here: Terms & Conditions - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.

Will my prints arrive in a frame?

Frames are not included, you will receive a paper print only. The frames in the photos cannot be purchased as they are visual props only.

Do you take custom requests?

I happily accept custom requests. You can use the form on the contact page with your inquiry and provide sufficient details so I can come back to you with a price.
If we agree on the price, I will send you a paypal invoice. Once your payment is received I will work on your design.
If it’s a custom print, I will send you a file for you to confirm and validate the content before printing.

Do you do commissions for professional projects?

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe, and none of your credit card information are stocked in my database. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected and does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
Every money transaction through this website is being executed on the server side. To help protect you further, the communication between the payment provider and Smoolis (my host) is also working between server to server and is protected via a SSL Certificate to ensure credit card data is safe and secure.

Can I share your work on my blog?

Sure, I greatly appreciate my work being shared online! However, please always credit me and provide a link to my store. Kindly do not edit my photos and images when you share them. Any misuse of my photos, name, or products will be investigated.
